Return Policy
Thank you so much for choosing Aiden and Alivia Shop. We want your shopping experience with us to be magnificent. If not completely satisfied, we will do our best to make it right. Please review these instructions to assist with your return and the associated rules and exclusions.
We accept returns for store credit only. We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once approved, return item must be place in the mail within 5 days. Late returns will not be accepted. Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping - To start a return, you can contact us at aidenandaliviashop@gmail.com with reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label via email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. A return shipping/restocking fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your refund upon receipt in our warehouse. Please retain tracking information for all shipments.

Exclusions - Hair accessories, socks, gift cards, final sale items, and all personalized items are not eligible for return. Additionally, holiday and seasonal items must request return 2 weeks before the holidays. For example, a Christmas item after December 11 will not be eligible for a return.
Damages and issues - Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, or you will not be eligible for return to the original form of payment. Store credit will be issued for any damage return request after 3-10 days. No returns of any kind will be accepted 11+ days after delivery.
Exchanges - The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You will be refunded to your original method of payment once your return item is received within the time frame given.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
